Local healthcare office
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)

Your favorite scrubs! Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly face that patients see first? If so, we d love to meet you! We’re looking for a warm, energetic Patient Care Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front office. You’ll be working alongside one other amazing Patient Services Representative and three fantastic providers who are all about teamwork, communication, and delivering top-notch care.
salary:
$18.99 – $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

High SchoolResponsibilitiesThe Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, filing documents, completing referrals and authorizations, gathering/sending medical records, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, maintaining the waiting room, and documenting all patient encounters via a telephone message.
