We’re seeking an engaging and organized Consult Coordinator to be the vital first point of contact, expertly guiding individuals considering our innovative TMS and Spravato (esketamine) treatments through consultations by providing clarity on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial aspects. What You’ll Do:
Compassionate Consultations:

Provide clear, supportive education and encourage patients who qualify to start TMS and Spravato treatments (remote & in-person).

Collaborative Communication:

Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and staff, providing consistent, empathetic support.

Seamless Pre-Assessments:

Guide patients through insurance and financial options, scheduling pre-assessments with ease.

Coordinated Treatment Scheduling:

Expertly manage provider schedules, resolve issues, and ensure smooth patient transitions from authorization to treatment.

Meticulous Consult & Financial Management:

Accurately handle insurance, paperwork, and system updates, ensuring timely follow-up.

Proactive Patient Follow-Up:

Monitor patient progress, update appointments, and maintain open communication. What You’ll Bring to the
