What You’ll Do:
Present treatment plans with confidence and empathy Review costs, insurance benefits, and payment options with patients Educate patients on the importance of completing recommended treatment Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients commit to care Coordinate care between the front office and clinical teams Keep accurate financial and scheduling records Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
