Front Desk/Insurance/PIP Specialist Hands-On Healthcare and Chiropractic 1883 South Pinellas Avenue, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill a position in our Chiropractic office. Applicant must love working in a fast paced environment. Individual should be outgoing, friendly, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. This job will be mainly insurance verification, PIP cases and front desk duties. This position will have an occasional role in patient care as well. We love our patients and staff like family and strive to provide the best quality of care available. We are looking for someone interested in a long term position.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Verify patient’s health insurances, obtain authorizations and send in clinical notes if needed to insurance companies and keep track of insurance spreadsheets. Be knowledgeable about personal injury law and practice or willing to learn Comfortable calling and speaking to attorneys regarding client’s PI case Greet and check in all patients and visitors to the practice Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused service and positive impression of the practice. Collect Payments Scheduling Patients to maximize efficiency Help put patients on a variety of therapies/modalities such as TENS, spinal decompression tables, flexion tables, shockwave, laser therapy and etc. Other duties as assigned
