Candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills interacting with patients. Candidate should be confident in using computers, including Windows and Office software in addition to having the ability to learn the EMR software. Primary responsibilities include excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling patients, verification of insurance benefits, requesting and obtaining authorization, greeting and assisting patients with administrative needs, determining and taking patient payments, understanding requirements of the EMR system while supporting the clinic manager and therapists.
