What You’ll Do:
Be the
Face of Our Practice:
Greet patients with a warm smile and positive attitude, setting the stage for a supportive and enriching experience. Handle Appointments Like a
Pro:
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups with efficiency and flair, ensuring a smooth patient journey. Collaborate with the
Team:
Work closely with our audiologists and support staff to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive patient experience.
Keep Everything Organized:
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and confidential.
