Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to support one of our pediatric clinics at our busy Cumming, GA office. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with front-office dental experience who can create a positive first impression for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a friendly and professional attitude. Check patients in and out, collect co-payments, and schedule follow-ups. Verify and update dental insurance, medical history, and HIPAA documents. Answer phones, respond to emails, confirm and schedule appointments. Process daily bank deposits and complete end-of-day reporting. Ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (Required) Knowledge of Open Dental and/or Orthotrac is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
