Dental Treatment Coordinator Art of Cosmetic Dentistry 3333 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 We are a tight knit rapidly expanding dental practice located in the heart of Buckhead. We are wildly passionate about people and excellence all the way around in how we serve our patients and how we take care of each other! We are in need of a dental treatment coordinator to join our growing group on Tuesdays through Fridays, with the option for admin work on Mondays. REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Dentrix Ability to read and apply dental insurance information 2 years experience dental treatment planning
DUTIES:
Greet patients Check in/out as needed Create and present treatment plans Coordinate with Administrative Manager to ensure dental benefits are correctly applied Schedule patient appointments Gather patient information and enter into dental software Confirm appointments Verify insurance eligibility / benefits Check voicemail and text messages This position has a strong patient care focus. Your natural intuitiveness and excellent communication skills along with the ability to self-motivate and thrive in the midst of an ever-changing atmosphere will be the catalyst for you to prosper in this career!
