Front Desk – Physical Therapy Dynamic Physical Therapy 653 Myrtle Drive, Covington, LA 70433 Looking for a qualified candidate to fill our full-time front desk position. Must be able to multi-task while providing excellent customer service with a great attitude and ability to keep a smile at all times.
Purpose:
To ensure patients are greeted promptly and checked in and checked out for their visits. We schedule in a way that promotes organized and designated treatment times while promoting clinic efficiency which includes educating patients on our cancellation/no show policy.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Computer savvy Good with people Organized and able to follow through and complete tasks Team player/stays positive and is uplifting towards our patients and staff Stays calm under pressure Has attention to detail and is a fast learner Has excellent telephone etiquette with an upbeat tone Professional appearance is a must Duties and responsibilities: Answer phones and route calls Patient check-in/check-out which includes collecting patient payment responsibility Ensure patient compliance to schedule Schedule patient appointments Transmittal and follow up of physician correspondence Filing Review insurance benefits with patients
