Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Outcomes Assistant to support the Measurement Based Care efforts of Austen Riggs Center. Working under the direction of the Measurement Based Care Coordinator, facilities data collections and analysis in multiple systems for our residential treatment center and intensive outpatient program (IOP). This role is responsible for conducting diagnostic interviews, administering clinical assessment measures, and collecting satisfaction data. The role will review and communicate findings, as well as create reports for leadership and communications based on these results. This role is full-time
Monday- Friday Requirements:
Qualifications, Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in Social Work, or Psychology or equivalent clinical studies. Master’s degree preferred. Basic knowledge of psychological assessment measures Strong administrative skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to multitask and prioritize work with ever changing workload requirements. Experience in and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite of products, Salesforce, and SPSS.
