Location:
Easthampton, MA Salary:

$60,000 annually ($62,000 for LICSW or LMHC)

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, with some evening hours)

Caseload:

35-40 clients

Bilingual Stipend:

Additional $2,000 annually for Spanish-speaking clinicians

Hybrid Work:

After completing a 6-month probationary period and remaining in good standing with productivity expectations met, clinicians may apply to work up to 2 days remotely per week.

Overview:

Seeking a full-time Outpatient Clinician to provide therapeutic services in an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves working with individuals, families, and groups to support mental health needs, completing assessments and treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation to meet internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy Complete CANS, comprehensive assessments, and treatment plans within required timeframes Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system Obtain authorizations for services and ensure documentation for billing and audits Participate in clinical meetings, treatment planning, and external consultations Offer crisis intervention as needed Communicate with collaterals to support client treatment Meet productivity standards and attend required trainings and team meetings Maintain required certifications and licenses

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field License-eligible (LICSW or LMHC preferred) Valid, unexpired driver’s license required (for background check purposes) Local travel may occasionally be required
