Patient Care Coordinator Motion Works Physical Therapy 1333 Main Street, Walpole, MA 02081 Motion Works Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized and resourceful patient care coordinator to assist our staff in providing exceptional customer service to our patients in the afternoons and evenings. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Greeting patients
• Handling new patient intakes
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Answering patient phone calls, emails and questions
• Discussing cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options with the patient
• Collecting copays/co-insurance and deductible balances
• Managing patient referrals and visit limits
• Scanning and shredding documents

Data Entry Job Type:

Part-time Pay:

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Evening shift Monday to Friday No weekends
