Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician in Leominster, MA! Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm. Why Greenbrook?

Location:

Primarily based in our Leominster center, with occasional regional coverage as needed.

Your Role:

Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.

Support operational efficiency:

Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum:

High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or any Human Services related major; and at least one year of work experience in healthcare preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). Strong clinical interviewing skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
