Helping Hands is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for aSenior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team specialising inDomiciliary Care. In this role, you will be involved from themoment a carer comes in for their first interview, right the waythrough their onboarding journey. You will offer coaching andsupport to new carers while assisting the office team withrecruitment, compliance and customer reviews.

Transportation:
DRIVERS ESSENTIAL

(Candidates must have a clean,full UK driving license with access to a vehicle with a valid andupdated MOT and Insurance certificate.)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring Carers are trained to the highest standard
  • Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
  • Spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants
  • Meetings with customers to review care plans
  • Conducting risk assessments
