Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Memory Care Coordinator to join our team. The Memory Care Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating care services for individuals in need of assistance. This role requires a compassionate individual with a strong background in memory care, nursing home settings, and medication administration.

Duties:

• Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
• Supervise and manage a team of caregivers to ensure quality care is provided
