The Kellin Foundation is a nonprofit (501c3) organization that strengthens resilience among children, families, adults, and communities through trauma-informed behavioral health services focused on PREVENT ion, TREAT ment, and HEA Ling. The Kellin Foundation helps people of all ages to have earlier and easier access to a wide array of mental health and substance use services that they need to be safe and well. To extend that reach, the Kellin Foundation Hope Hub (our new large facility) uses a comprehensive approach to prevention and treatment that offers a place for people of all ages to access both mental health and additional integrated services provided by vital community partners— all under one roof. Position Overview:
Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Hope Hub Coordinator to assist with the coordination of wraparound services onsite and with community partners. The Hope Hub Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including coordination of Hope Hub partnerships, streamlining community referrals and collaboration, liaison with youth and families at community events, and assisting with day-to-day Hope Hub operations and other functions as described below. The Hope Hub Coordinator needs to be a friendly, dependable, flexible, responsible and experienced team member who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats and enjoys working in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop partnerships and facilitate wraparound services onsite with community partners such as tutoring, mentoring, nutrition classes, housing, literacy classes, etc. consistent with the Hope Hub vision Liaison with Kellin Foundation Hope Hub wraparound service providers to ensure smooth collaboration among onsite partners Assist with coordination of referrals to external community partners as part of the Elevate U grant project and other wraparound services projects as needed Coordinate, attend, and facilitate relevant health and resource fairs and other community events as assigned Co-facilitate quarterly Hope Hub onsite partner meetings in coordination with the President and CEO Prioritize hospitality at the Hope Hub ensuring that it is ready and welcoming to guests, clients, and other groups by daily walk throughs and stocking Coordinate staff and agency events in conjunction with the Operations Director, other team members, and agency leadership Other A. Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary for the position B. Attend all program and agency meetings as assigned C. Actively participate in agency events, trainings, and outreach, representing the agency consistent with the passion and mission of the organization Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in social work or human services field
- Passion for the Kellin Foundation’s mission and ability to articulate its philosophy, values, practices to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in nonprofit work in the area of behavioral health
- Experience with care coordination and building community partnereships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a “can do” attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to adjust to the diverse needs of clients and staff and maintain flexibility ∙
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to multi-task on multi-component projects
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Must be dependable and accountable

Supervision:
This position is supervised by the Wraparound Services Supervisor and will work closely with the Elevate U Team Lead and Operations Director.

Commensurate upon experience

Benefits package dependent on number of hours/employee status (i.e., part-time, full-time, etc.).
Additional Benefit:
Supervision provided for provisionally licensed clinical mental health counselors with signed agreement.
Travel:
