Lawn Care Coordinator Bean Brothers Landscaping Lincolnton, NC 28092 Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lawn Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer communications, scheduling lawn care visits, and keeping our CRM system and customer records up to date. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer and make phone calls to lawn care customers Respond to text messages and emails in a timely manner Schedule lawn care visits and manage the Lawn Care Manager’s calendar Enter new customer data into the CRM system Track and maintain service contracts Keep lawn care routes accurate and updated Communicate clearly with customers and team members Support the lawn care team with administrative tasks Requirements Ability to type quickly and accurately Strong phone and written communication skills Proficient in Google Sheets and basic computer programs Common sense and the ability to stay organized Experience with CRM software or ability to learn quickly Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service or administrative support Background in lawn care, landscaping, or service industries (not required)
