Patient Services Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Associate to join our team. As a Patient Services Associate, you will be responsible for managing patient calls and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires a high level of efficiency, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Handle 250-500 calls per day from patients needing to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments. Occasionally manage calls from providers with referrals. Ensure efficiency in handling call volume and scheduling patients. Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient satisfaction. Essential Skills 2 years of experience as a Patient Services Associate or Medical Secretary. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with EPIC or similar systems is preferred but not required. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. The work environment is a fast-paced call center supporting NCEENT patient scheduling. The initial assignment is for 3 months, with the opportunity to apply for permanent vacancies. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
