We are located on the beautiful grounds of LaBelle Winery Derry with forested walking trails just 3 min drive away. We are passionate about helping people, we work hard but have a great team who works well together in a fun and positive environment. This position will be responsible for: Be the first impression of the practice – be that friendly face and empathetic voice on the phone that puts people at ease Assist with hands-on patient care by performing therapies like e-stim, cold laser, ultrasound and massage Manage patient flow on the phone and in person Billing duties: insurance verification, scan/route EOBs, deal with billing company and help patients understand their statements/balances Help with day-to-day running of the practice (supplies, inventory, prepare deposits, request/send medical records, keep practice neat and tidy) Help patients stay motivated about their treatment plans Attend staff meeting and be a great team player Strong computer skills required as we run exclusively via EHR, previous medical experience a plus. Ideal candidate would be someone looking to grow with the practice. Will train and develop the right person with promotion potential Must love dogs, our office pup Max is a key part of the office.
