Recovery Technician Clear Steps Recovery 1D Commons Drive, Londonderry, NH 03053 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and social work. The Technician is a hybrid role which includes admissions, case management and operations. This role will be flexible with the day to day operations of the program. Duties Ensuring adherence to the required HIPAA aand documentation requirements as identified by county, state, The Joint Commission and Federal regulatory agencies Responsible for UA send outs for patients Requests and receives all client’s pre-admission documentation and loads to appropriate places Maintains accurate, real time record or all incoming communication and refer in/out data Maintains real time record of each potential client’s position within the admissions process and current needs Will be in constant communication with Clinical, Executive, Operations and BD team members to ensure best experience for incoming clients, current clients and CSR team Facilitate groups when needed Responsible for lunch pick-up Responsible for scheduling ride shares through Operations Manager Responsible to set up Case Management needs for client Helps with events in coordination with Operations Manager Responsible for scheduling medical appointments with NP This role is considered a ‘catch all’ role and can change operationally depending on the need of the program daily Experience A background in behavioral health or social work is preferred. Experience with file management and maintaining confidential records. Previous experience in supervising clients or groups is beneficial. Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques is advantageous. Certification in relevant fields related to behavioral health or social work is desirable.
