Best known for our egg sharing program, Split, women can freeze their eggs for free when they donate half of the retrieved eggs to a family who can’t otherwise conceive. What We’re Looking For We are hiring a Cycle Coordinator to serve as an integral part of our growing team. This is a hybrid role, with an average of 2-3 days per week in-person in Bergen County, NJ, just outside of NYC . The Cycle Coordinator will work directly with our clinic partners and egg donors (called “Split Members”) to manage all aspects of the egg retrieval and freezing process. You will serve as a warm, knowledgeable, and highly organized point of contact, supporting our clinic partners and Split Members as they navigate screening, treatment cycles, and follow-up care. The ideal candidate brings empathy, medical coordination experience, and a detail-oriented approach to supporting both our members and clinic operations. Responsibilities Provide logistical and emotional support through the egg freezing and donation journey, from initial program acceptance through post-retrieval and egg storage Coordinate all clinic appointments, including screenings, retrieval cycles, and any additional visits Provide real-time, in-cycle support to Split Members in collaboration with our clinic partners, including medication ordering and remote monitoring appointments Maintain accurate and timely records within our CRM and internal systems Ensure all activities follow industry guidelines, including those set by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Professional Characteristics 5+ years in third party reproduction case management, IVF coordination, or related case management or coordinator roles, ideally with outside monitoring experience A confident, clear communicator, with experience working directly with fertility clinics and medical providers Able to manage multiple donor journeys at once with calm and care Process-driven, organized, and always looking for ways to streamline and improve operational workflows Proficient in Google Suite, CRM tools, and ideally familiar with fertility industry software Enthusiastic about supporting and educating egg donors throughout their fertility care journey A reliable and empathetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Personal Characteristics Inspired by our mission of changing the world of family planning and empowering women to own their fertility timeline Patient, kind, and emotionally attuned to our members’ needs A self-starter with excellent follow-through and execution Adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow alongside a dynamic team How to Apply If this role sounds like a good fit, email us at .
