High Class Home Health Care is looking for qualified Home Health Aide (HHA’s) to join our team with an excellent work ethic. We offer training and classes for individuals who are looking for a home health aide and personal care aide job. As a Home Health Aide, our primary focus will be to provide care for our patients. Position:

Home Health Aide (HHA’s)

Location:

New Jersey | Per-Diem | Full-Time – Part-time | Flexible schedule. Shifts are Monday through Friday. Weekends based on needs.

Pay Range:

$15-20 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for Home Health Aid to support individuals by:

• Assisting the patient with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Helping the patient in and out of bed, the bathroom, chairs and wheelchairs, and cars.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
• Reporting to nurses about a patient’s health status.
• Perform simple housekeeping tasks: changing bed linens and doing laundry.
• Oversee chores like grocery shopping and food preparation.
• Make efforts to keep the patient mentally engaged through conversation, games, and other forms of entertainment.
• Accompany the patient on doctor visits and other outings; assist with or provide transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of home visits, including travel time and time with patient, as well as services performed!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Required Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Ability to lift and move patients safely. Excellent communication and people skills. Skills Committed to health & safety. Able to do housework. Well-organized and dependable Excellent communication and people skills Positive and compassionate attitude Physical stamina Reliable transportation Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Availability to work morning, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Strong patient service skills _
