We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Marketer to expand our agency’s reach by engaging potential clients, referral sources, and home health aides. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase client acquisition, strengthen referral relationships, and recruit top-tier caregivers. This role requires travel to foster connections with community partners, healthcare professionals, and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing to

Clients & Referral Sources:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, assisted living facilities, and other referral partners. Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and networking meetings. Deliver presentations and educational sessions to referral sources about our home care services. Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adjust strategies to optimize outreach efforts.

Recruitment of Home Health Aides:

Create and execute recruitment campaigns targeting qualified home health aides. Collaborate with job boards, local organizations, training schools, and social media platforms to attract caregivers. Conduct outreach, screenings, and coordinate with HR to streamline the hiring process. Ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality home health aides to meet agency demands.

Travel & Community Engagement:

Travel within the assigned region to meet with prospective clients, referral sources, and caregivers. Represent the agency at industry events, professional conferences, and networking opportunities. Establish partnerships with community organizations to strengthen the agency’s presence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or a related field. Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, with engaging presentation abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, and social media outreach is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
