Someone Who:

Has 3+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience Communicates clearly, confidently, and with empathy Can explain treatment plans, benefits, and financial options with ease Is organized, proactive, and confident handling follow-ups and case tracking Is tech-savvy or eager to master modern, cloud-based dental systems Works well independently, but is also a team player Brings positivity and problem-solving energy to the team

Responsibilities Include:

Answer phone calls and handle inquiries related to treatment and scheduling Present treatment plans to patients with clarity and professionalism Review insurance benefits and provide accurate financial breakdowns Coordinate scheduling for multi-step procedures Follow up on pending treatment and maintain active tracking logs Handle claims, pre-authorizations, and payment arrangements Collaborate with the front desk and clinical team for smooth patient flow Support practice growth through treatment acceptance and patient experience Help implement new systems and maintain a streamlined front office
