We are looking for afun, hardworking, compassionate team player to help us grow thepractice and continue to serve our community with all their oralsurgery needs. Previous treatment planning experience is required.

The Treatment Coordinator is critical in providing exceptionalpatient care, resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meetingthe needs of our patients. Role and Responsibilities The TreatmentCoordinator will greet patients, answer phones, scheduleappointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient financialresponsibilities. The Treatment Coordinator will also manage thedoctors’ schedules and any communications with patients andreferring offices.

  • Provides concierge level customer servicewhile interacting with patients, referring offices, and teammembers over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication
  • Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
  • Maintainsdoctor schedules to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
  • Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience
  • Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patientschedule.
  • Collects payments from patients in an effective andprofessional manner.
  • Understands doctor treatment recommendationsand develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
  • Effectivelycommunicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance withHIPAA.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. Education andExperience
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
  • One yearof customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dentalexperience required. Skills and Abilities
  • Understanding of dentalterminology.
  • Friendly, inviting, and professional personality andpresence.
  • Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
  • Goodorganizational skills.
