As our Resident Care Coordinator , you’ll oversee the clinical care and well-being of our residents, guiding a dedicated care team and ensuring our residents receive the personalized attention they deserve. This is a leadership position ideal for an LPN who’s ready to step into a rewarding role with both autonomy and support.

Who You Are:
