The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals by coordinating services and resources tailored to their unique needs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of clients through effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. Duties Assess client needs and develop individualized service plans that address their specific requirements. Coordinate and facilitate access to services, including counseling, therapy, and support groups. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Provide guidance on gender issues counseling, art therapy, and psychopharmacology as needed. Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of services provided. Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the community. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred. Experience in counseling or social services is highly desirable. Knowledge of gender issues counseling, art therapy, and psychopharmacology is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and professionals alike. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
