Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Better Hearing of Madison County LLC 121 Main Street, Oneida, NY 13421 About us Better Hearing of Madison County is a busy private-practice health-care provider specializing in hearing care for the communities of Oneida and Morrisville New York and surrounding areas. We are seeking a full-time patient care coordinator to staff the front office of our welcoming location on Main Street in Oneida. Some travel between locations will be required. Responsibilities of this role include:
Warmly greeting patients and other visitors. Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner. Converting calls into scheduled appointments. Entering and updating all patient information including Handling invoices, receiving funds and processing payments. Lucrative Total Compensation Package :
Base wage range of $17-$19 per hour, group health insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 8 paid holidays, and an employer-matched retirement plan. Travel for training and development events is expected.
