Since you got this far, we’re assuming the answer is, “absolutely.” So, here’s what you can expect: As a Project Specialist, on the Resident Experience team, you’ll work with our trades team to coordinate repairs in occupied apartments acting as the primary point of contact for our residents. You will be responsible for scheduling work orders, clearly communicating the scope of work, and handling all situations with empathy and patience. As a lead on our team, you should be: A passionate team player who believes that helping others win is a noble cause. Solutions-driven and enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems. An executor who can see what needs to be done and is willing to do what it takes to complete the task at hand. An empathizer who can understand resident issues and present amicable resolutions. Organized and able to address multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring prompt resolution. Able to pivot, when necessary, as urgent issues may arise. Strong and patient communicator who can address resident issues and provide the necessary detail to answer complex questions.
What you will do:
Coordinate complex work orders and schedule follow-up appointments to ensure resident maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. Be a direct point of contact for residents and facilitate the management of projects from beginning to end. Respond promptly and hospitably to resident requests. Handle escalated cases by reviewing work order history and identifying gaps in service to best address resident concerns. Empathetically and objectively review situations to ensure we deliver on our commitment to leave residents happier than we found them. Provide thoughtful and creative solutions for escalated resident issues. Perform in-person inspections, take thorough notes and photos, to ensure the scope of work can be determined.
What you should have:
The ability to connect with others Strong communication and organizational skills 1-2 years of property management or customer service experience The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done. A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems. A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility. Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.

Base Salary:
$30 – $33 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
