This is a full-time opportunity to grow with a trusted dental practice that has served the community for nearly 40 years. Duties Greet patients and answer phone calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify dental insurance and assist with claims Respond to patient questions and coordinate office operations Support the dental team in providing excellent patient care

Requirements:

Must speak Spanish fluently Must drive and have reliable transportation Must be able to travel to our Great Neck location for training Friendly and professional demeanor (in-person and over the phone) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Dental office experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training!
