Full-time — Must be flexible, Saturdays required We’re looking for a professional, organized, and personable Treatment Planner to join our fast-paced dental practice. If you love helping patients understand their care options, are insurance-savvy, and enjoy working collaboratively—this could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do:
✔ Present treatment plans in a clear, supportive manner ✔ Review insurance benefits and financial options with patients ✔ Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups ✔ Work with clinical and front desk teams to ensure a seamless patient experience ✔ Serve as a key liaison between patients and the practice
What We Need:
- 1+ years of experience in a dental office (treatment coordination preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar)
- Ability to explain financial and treatment options with professionalism and care
