Administrator Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Homecare Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-home care services, managing caregiver schedules, ensuring quality care for patients, and maintaining strong communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule homecare services based on client needs and staff availability
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is compliant with agency standards and regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to clients
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve client or caregiver concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure staff compliance with health and safety standards and ongoing training requirements
  • Participate in regular team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care preferred. Knowledge of HHA Exchange Preferred Russian language fluency is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $46,000-$65,000.00/ annually factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
