As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Implant Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a consultative sales environment to lead our patient experience initiative.

Position Overview:

This role is a unique blend of clinical knowledge, sales, education, and creativity. You will lead implant consultations and help patients navigate treatment decisions, financial options, and scheduling, all while supporting our growth through branding, content, and patient experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone with treatment coordination, sales, or clinical dental experience Professionals from aesthetics, med spa, weight loss, plastic surgery, pharma, or lash/beauty industries are welcome A natural communicator with strong follow-up skills, empathy, and confidence Experience in B2C consultative sales or elective medical/dental services preferred Proficiency in Canva, content creation, and social media engagement is a plus High attention to detail, driven, goal-oriented, and not camera shy Able to confidently explain procedures and “the why” behind treatment options Someone with established relationships or existing presence within the local community is helpful Public relations, media, partnership development and marketing background would be beneficial Experience with technology, CRM’s, lead generation preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Guide patients through implant and large-case consultations

• Present treatment plans, educate on options, and review third-party financing
• Track conversions, manage follow-ups, and help patients budget for care
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience Support social media posting, branding, and community engagement Work proactively to build trust, encourage case acceptance, and elevate the patient experience

Compensation & Benefits:
