• Job Summary:

• Join our team at Dolphin Dental as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in Charleston.

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is dedicated to providing outstanding care to children and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting kiddos, presenting treatment plans, and ensuring a fun and engaging experience for each patient.

• Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.

Bilingual proficiency to communicate with Spanish-speaking individuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills. Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options preferred. CPR Certification required; Dental Radiology Certification is a plus.

• Responsibilities:

• Welcome and comfort children during their visits. Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and discuss financing options. Ensure accurate completion of treatment documentation. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain a kid-friendly environment and ensure smooth patient flow.

• Schedule:

• Flexible part-time schedule with daytime hours; no nights required.
