Intake Associate- Part Time 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Greenville, SC 29607 • Hybrid work The intake associate is a Part-time position (up to 29 hours per week) This position processes client inquiries and is the gateway for client services working directly with clients impacted by domestic violence or other mental health challenges to ensure the initial referral to Compass of Carolina is processed within 24 hours. This individual should possess knowledge of domestic violence and mental health challenges and have strong verbal, and written skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office products, QuickBooks and other software utilized by Compass. Confidentiality and strong people skills are a must.

Examples of Tasks Performed or Assigned:

1. Conducts preliminary intake inquiries and coordinates Family Violence Intervention Program/Counseling appointments. 2. Documents all client activity in our client database (currently Therapy Notes) 3. Provides back up data tracking for all Clinical Department & FVIP programs. 4. Inputs monthly activity reports for data collection. 5. Answers phones, manages client requests, greeting clients and visitors, keeps front area clean 6. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Must be able to work independently with weekly supervision.

QuickBooks Desired Education and Experience:

1. Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services, social work or similar degree or commiserate work experience. 2. Good communication skills, Excellent verbal and written skills. 3. Must possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 4. Responsiveness to supervision, and adherence to professional ethics. 5. Demonstrates maturity, reliability, flexibility, and interpersonal skills. 6. Understands the importance of having a positive attitude and being a team player.
