This position combines front desk duties with insurance billing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding balances Collect co-pays and patient balances Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Previous experience in a dental front office and insurance billing required Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required
