Treatment Coordinator East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry 815 Gallatin Avenue, Nashville, TN 37206 Ready to join an innovative dental team? We are looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry. Our group is made up of 6 private dental offices in the Nashville area and we’re growing fast! We are looking for talented team members to grow with us. This position is an added position due to growth. Our offices are remodeled, personally designed, and focused on creating excellent patient experiences. Our office leads / treatment coordinators are the glue that keeps the office running smooth! We have great patient care hours Monday
- Thursday 7:30am
- 4:00pm and a half day on Friday 7:30am
- 1pm.

Responsibilities:
- Captain of the patient experience from their very first phone call to the end of their visit! We value creativity and out of the box ideas to create memorable patient experiences.
- Maintains a warm and friendly front office and reception, putting patients at ease upon their arrival.
- Uses that great attention to detail to prepare for our patients arrival by thoroughly auditing schedules ensuring all patient paperwork is completed and billing is accurate.
- Keeps our front office organized and squeaky clean!
- Forms a strong relationship with our patient care coordinator and office manager, managing front office operations seamlessly!
- Assists patients in understanding their insurance estimate, treatment costs, and options for scheduling care.
- Champions accuracy by maintaining up-to-date and precise patient records.
- Ensure our patients stay on track with care by scheduling future appointments.
- Oversees the office revenue cycle ensuring insurance claims are paid accurately and timely for our patients.
Skills:
- Proven track record as a skilled and compassionate Office Lead or Treatment Coordinator.
- A keen grasp of insurance verification and providing patient estimates.
- Tech-Savvy with a knack for learning and integrating new software.
- A well-organized and reliable team player, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Carestack, OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
