Hourly pay:

$24 – $28 (DOE) _ 32 hrs/wk Tues – Fri schedule_ Every day, patients walk in worried about affording dental treatment. You’ll be the ally who helps them find out what insurance can do for them. From lightning-fast verifications to airtight narratives, you’ll leverage policies to their fullest so out-of-pocket hurdles shrink and patients can move forward with confidence—while our doctors stay focused on care. What “insurance mastery” means to us Flawless claim preparation & submission (ADA codes, narratives, attachments, X-rays/IO photos) Pre-determinations & pre-authorizations filed accurately, with tracking so nothing slips through the cracks Daily electronic benefit verification so patients know their exact out-of-pocket before they schedule A/R & aging-report follow-up—spot trends, resend, appeal, and document every step Denied-claim appeals crafted with persuasive narratives and supporting documentation Coordination of benefits & secondary claims handled without prompting

Compliance:

HIPAA, CDT

updates, payer-policy changes, EFT/ERA reconciliation You will not be asked to present or “close” treatment plans as we have another staff member who does treatment planning and payment arrangements. Must-have qualifications 5+ years dedicated dental insurance-coordination experience (specialty experience a plus) Proven track record reducing outstanding claims and increasing benefits collected for patients Expertise with online payer portals, clearinghouses, and practice software. We used DSN software.
