Job Description
Appointment Setter 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 2860 Covington Pike, Memphis, TN 38128 Displays outstanding customer service skills while greeting and interacting with patients and their caregivers. Should display excellent communication skills. Answers phones and schedules sick, well and follow-up appointments for patients Adds new patients to EHR (Office Practicum). Adds and or updates patient demographics and insurance to EHR when needed.. Verifies patients’ telephone numbers, other demographic information and insurance for every call. Verifies patients preferred method of contact. Communicates when necessary with nurses, physicians and supervisor when needed. Is part of the outreach team to close gaps in care. Is cross-trained to work in other office positions. Not required but a plus bilingual in both English/Spanish.

$12.00 – $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week
