We are seeking a highly motivated, punctual person who has a passion to help patients back to health.

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients Taking payments Scheduling patients Social Media Management Responding promptly & courteously to phone calls, texts & emails Communicating with patients while in the office to make them feel welcomed Assisting patients with maintaining wellness goals as per patient needs Help maintain office flow Keeping the office tidy & clean

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals Experience in a medical office or related field but not necessary Experience with scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Ability to prioritize tasks & multi task effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with CANVA, CAPCUT or other similar video editing apps Familiar with using AI Experience using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Word, Excel, Canvas, Social Media Management & Marketing Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Coachable characteristics Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus but not required
