We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Provider (Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing team at Glow Aesthetics Bar. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) and other non-surgical treatments. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by delivering personalized and professional care. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to aesthetics.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injections. Previous experience working in a medspa or aesthetics setting is required. Valid PA or APRN license in the state of Florida. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with potential Saturday availability. Commitment to working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Compensation:
Hourly wage plus commission and bonuses. W2 compensation based on collections/profits. Malpractice insurance is provided. No health or retirement benefits at this time.
Non-Compete Clause:
The successful candidate will be subject to a non-compete agreement within a 10-mile radius of the main office location.
