We believe in Personal Development and are constantly working to help our doctors grow personally and professionally. We have weekly video calls with the entire team to train (half on personal growth, half on getting better and better at what we do), every other week video calls with the doctors, once a month 3 to 4 hour trainings, once a year we go to a cabin with everyone to write goals, and we attend continuing education as groups to help us better implement. Every Doctor that joins our team goes through an onboarding process, and is assigned a mentor to help them learn and grow fast. Best yet, is that Dr John is one fo the few Chiropractors that travels and teaches pediatrics, so you will be learning from one of the best. It is our goal for the doctor to be the doctor, to constantly grow, and to be well known in the community. Our pay is always one of the highest base salaries in the area, and the upside on percentages is exponential as you grow.
