Practice:
A busy, well-established chiropractic and wellness center focused on holistic care and utilizing the latest scientific equipment and therapies. The practice features multiple chiropractors, offers services such as spinal decompression, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, and more. It is also a teaching facility for chiropractic interns.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced front office receptionist/office manager with a strong background in chiropractic care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a chiropractic office and be proficient with Chirotouch or comparable chiropractic software systems. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our busy practice, providing excellent patient support and managing front office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Support front office operations, including patient intake and records management Operate chiropractic and wellness equipment as needed, such as starting and stopping Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers, heating pads, and other therapeutic devices Utilize Chirotouch software or comparable EHR systems for patient management and billing Coordinate with medical staff and therapists to ensure seamless patient flow Assist with administrative duties related to office management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a chiropractic office required Knowledge of chiropractic practices and terminology essential Proficiency in Chirotouch software preferred; familiarity with similar systems (e.g., athenaOne, AdvancedMD, Epic EMR, DrChrono, ChiroSpring, ChiroFusion, etc.) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:00 AM•6:00 PM (Lunch break approximately 12:30 PM•2:00 PM)
Saturday:
8:00 AM•12:00
