We are looking for an adjusting doctor for one of our thriving chiropractic offices. This position requires someone who is confident, motivated, and loves people. Our office can serve anywhere from 250-350 patients a week and are looking forward to increasing volume as well as retaining our beloved patients. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and xray analysis to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.

Treatment Planning:
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, adjunct therapies, and lifestyle modifications.

Chiropractic Adjustments:
Perform manual adjustments and other therapeutic procedures to correct spinal alignment and improve patient health.

Patient Education:
Educate patients on wellness strategies, including exercise, nutrition, and ergonomics, to prevent injury and promote long-term health.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatments, progress, and outcomes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and refer patients to other specialists when necessary.

Practice Development:
Assist in the growth and development of the practice through community outreach, marketing efforts, and participation in professional events.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Valid state chiropractic license.
- Strong understanding of chiropractic principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of additional therapies such as dry needling, cupping, fascial release, etc.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
