Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team and provide valuable insights, analysis, and support for the incentive and bonus programs of our rental car business. This role involves managing and analyzing incentive structures, bonus calculations, and performance-driven reward systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Google Looker, SQL, and AWS to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency while working closely with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills are crucial to effectively interact with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

YOUR ROLE AT

SIXTYou manage the development, implementation, and optimization of incentive and bonus structures based on business performance metrics, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent payouts across employee groupsYou oversee the execution of incentive programs, utilizing advanced analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Google Looker, AWS, SQL) to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights to managementYou use Excel, SQL, and AWS to extract, analyze, and validate data, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key metrics, financial outcomes, and operational results for bonus programsYou collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align incentive programs with business objectives and present findings to senior management for data-driven decision-makingYou identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency in bonus program management, recommending best practices to optimize compensation and align with company goalsYou ensure incentive and bonus programs comply with laws and regulations while maintaining accurate records of payments, adjustments, and correctionsYou do not require sponsorship, now, or in the future

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

 Experience You are proficient in Tableau & Google Looker creating dynamic, interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and program outcomes effectivelyEducation You have advanced certifications or relevant experience in compensation analysis or data analyticsTechnical Proficiency You are an expert in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.) for data analysis, reporting, and program management. You have strong experience with SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. Familiarity with AWS for data management and processingSoft Skills You can clearly present complex analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
