• Assists in formulating and defining systemsscope and objectives through research and fact-finding combinedwith a basic understanding of business systems and industryrequirements
• Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements
• Plans, prepares and executes various testing activities to ensureappropriate testing is conducted for the work effort, including atest matrix
• May assist in business process redesign and documentation asneeded for new technology
• May negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitatingcommunication between business unit(s) and IT from initialrequirements to final implementation
• Considers all business implications of the application oftechnology to the current business environment
• Participates in the completion of standard and ad hoc reportingrequests
• Participates in components of project and/or production supportactivities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree or work equivalent
• Experience with MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint andOutlook
• Experience with evaluating data and presenting the data within aneasy to understand format
• Experience utilizing Visio
• Intermediate understanding of process and operationalworkflows
• Advanced research skills
