Our client is currently searching for a
Clinical Analyst Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary clinical contact for various clinical program and project engagements. Provide clinical leadership in IT-based environments, including post-implementation support. Lead training programs and contribute to online self-service customer platforms. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Propose strategic growth initiatives and innovative solutions. Embrace disruptive ideas to enhance internal processes and external offerings. Use data and clinical insights to identify and solve problems. Investigate non-standard requests and provide expertise-based explanations. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Approach all projects with patient-centric considerations and proactively mitigate clinical process risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, test, and evaluate ideas. Deliver clear, concise information to colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a credentialed medical imaging expert (Radiology or Cardiology). Familiarity with imaging department workflows. Advanced presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Radiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) Administrator. Working knowledge of CHRS (Change Healthcare Radiology System) and/or Change Healthcare Workflow Intelligence. Advanced PACS configuration and system integration experience. Background in process mapping and workflow revision.
