This field-based role provides clinical and procedural support for neuromodulation treatments that help manage conditions such as: Overactive bladder Non-obstructive urinary retention Fecal incontinence These therapies offer patients meaningful improvements in their daily lives. As a Clinical Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare providers to deliver surgical support, post-operative care, and technical expertise. You’ll also play a key role in clinical education, therapy troubleshooting, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide in-person surgical support including equipment setup, intraoperative assistance, and post-op follow-up Act as the clinical expert for therapy setup, device programming, and patient education Educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff through in-services, 1:1 trainings, and workshops Stay current on product updates, competitive technologies, and best practices Support the sales team with clinical insight, product recommendations, and customer relationships Maintain documentation, manage product orders/replacements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Mentor and onboard new team members as needed Partner with regional and corporate teams to support broader initiatives

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of direct clinical or patient-facing experience (e.g., nursing, surgical tech, allied health)

Preferred:
