THIS POSITION WILL WORK ON-SITE IN HATTIESBURG, MS. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Analyst is responsible for leveraging Epic reports to extract, analyze, and report on clinical, financial, and operational metrics; partner with service line directors and executives to gather clinical data, analyze provider performance, and support data-driven decision-making across departments; analyze monthly reports for Value Based Care, including patient rosters, revenue, and care gaps, driving data-informed decisions and operational improvements; leverage advanced Excel techniques to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations, enhancing data interpretation and presentation; analyzeplex datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights, driving data-informed decisions across departments and enhancing operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent, required; Associate’s degree, preferred; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, required; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Strong written and verbalmunication skills; Highlyanized and detail oriented; particularly in regards to time management; Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously; Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, to adapt topeting demands and to demonstrate the highest level of service quality; Highly resourceful with the ability to work independently and effectively; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with physicians, staff, leadership and external parties; Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities
