We are expanding our reach to provide person-centered care and oversight in residential settings for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Qualified Professional (QP) to support services provided in a supervised residential setting, in accordance with 10A

NCAC 27G .5600C.

This role involves oversight of direct care staff, clinical supervision, documentation, and ensuring compliance with North Carolina’s regulatory standards for supervised living programs. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Direct Support Professionals and Associate Professionals Ensure services align with person-centered plans (PCPs) and state regulations Complete and review assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans Participate in audits, quality assurance, and team collaboration Ensure compliance with Medicaid documentation and service delivery standards Minimum Qualifications (per 10A

) You must meet one of the following: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field + 2 years post-degree, full-time experience with the IDD population Master’s degree in a human services field + 1 year post-degree, full-time experience Bachelor’s degree in any field + 4 years post-degree, full-time experience with the IDD population All experience must be clearly documented and verifiable.
